- Start Word.
- Click File / Save As.
- Save the files as Labels.
- Click Tools / Letters and Mailings / Envelopes and Labels.
- The Envelopes and Labels dialog box is displayed.
Click the Labels tab.
- Click Options.
- The Labels Options dialog box is displayed.
Scroll down in the list until 5160-Address shows in the options box.
Select 5160-Address and click OK.
Now you are back in the Envelopes and Labels box.
- Click the New Document button.
- Click Insert / Picture / From File on the menu.
- Select your graphic. It is now in the first label.
- If you want to add text, type it into the label.
- Now you have one label. Select the cell and click Copy.
- Click in each of the other cells in the table
and click Paste in every one.
- Remember to SAVE!!
