Word - MailMerge - Create Labels


We will create a page of blank labels.
Then we will insert our logo graphic from the My Pictures folder.
  1. Start Word.
  2. Click File / Save As.
  3. Save the files as Labels.
  4. Click Tools / Letters and Mailings / Envelopes and Labels.
  5. The Envelopes and Labels dialog box is displayed.
    Click the Labels tab.
  6. Click Options.
  7. The Labels Options dialog box is displayed.
    Scroll down in the list until 5160-Address shows in the options box.
    Select 5160-Address and click OK.
    Now you are back in the Envelopes and Labels box.
  8. Click the New Document button.
  9. Click Insert / Picture / From File on the menu.
  10. Select your graphic. It is now in the first label.
  11. If you want to add text, type it into the label.
  12. Now you have one label. Select the cell and click Copy.
  13. Click in each of the other cells in the table
    and click Paste in every one.
  14. Remember to SAVE!!
