What Is Google Earth?

Google Earth is a unique browser - it projects an image of the Earth - complete with terrain, roads, structures in 3D, and lots more! It is a wonderful tool for exploration in your classroom. In addition, the Internet offers many resources to use in conjunction with Google Earth. This little site will hopefully provide you with some general information on Google Earth, some suggestions on how to explore with it, and some links to additional online resources.
