  1. Body equally weighted - body facing 12:00 - wrists crossed at throat - left wrist closer
  2. Both elbows lift slightly
  3. Left hand relaxes & begins to move under right
  4. Both hands relax - fingertips face forward - arms move to body width distance
  5. Elbows relax downward - palms & inner arms face forward - fingertips gently upward
  6. Arms come to sides
  7. Body presses slightly upward
