Cross Hands
- Body facing 12:00 - weight is in left leg.
- Elbows move outward making large circle
- As hands move, wrists cross at groin heigh - left hand closer to body
- Right ball of foot moves to left instep - step to 3:00 - weight is still in left leg
- Palms face forward
- Shift weight to right leg - right arm moves with body - left arm stays
- Make second circle - as arms come down near legs, equally weight yourself
- Hands come up to protect throat - wrists crossed - left hand closer to your throat
