Cross Hands

  1. Body facing 12:00 - weight is in left leg.
  2. Elbows move outward making large circle
  3. As hands move, wrists cross at groin heigh - left hand closer to body
  4. Right ball of foot moves to left instep - step to 3:00 - weight is still in left leg
  5. Palms face forward
  6. Shift weight to right leg - right arm moves with body - left arm stays
  7. Make second circle - as arms come down near legs, equally weight yourself
  8. Hands come up to protect throat - wrists crossed - left hand closer to your throat
