Fair Lady Works At Shuttles

This begins after Golden Cock Stands On One Leg.

Shuttle Right

  1. Left foot - step to 10:00 - Hold the Ball
  2. Right foot - ball of foot to left instep - weight in left leg - step to 2:00
  3. Shift weight to right leg
  4. As weight shifts, "roll the ball" - arms turn so that both are facing 3:00 - right hand on top
  5. Body faces 12:00 - weight is in right leg

Shuttle Left

  1. Arms relax - Hold the Ball
  2. Left foot - ball of foot to right instep - weight in right leg - step to 10:00
  3. Shift weight to left leg
  4. As weight shifts, "roll the ball" - arms turn so that both are facing 9:00 - left hand on top
  5. Body faces 12:00 - weight is in left leg
