High Pat on Horse

This begins after Single Whip

  1. Shift weight to right foot (back foot)
  2. Body turns to 12:00
  3. Arms turn to face upward at 10:00 and 2:00
  4. Left foot moves forward - ball of foot on floor - heel raised slightly
  5. Body begins to turn to 10:00
  6. As body turns, right arm moves across body, & turns over to face down - left arm relaxes down to hip height
  7. Body turns to 12:00
  8. As body turns, right arm moves to midline, slightly extended, palm facing down - fingertips forward
  9. Weight is in right foot
