This begins after Single Whip
- Shift weight to right foot (back foot)
- Body turns to 12:00
- Arms turn to face upward at 10:00 and 2:00
- Left foot moves forward - ball of foot on floor - heel raised slightly
- Body begins to turn to 10:00
- As body turns, right arm moves across body, & turns over to face down - left arm relaxes down to hip height
- Body turns to 12:00
- As body turns, right arm moves to midline, slightly extended, palm facing down - fingertips forward
- Weight is in right foot
