- Arms move to body width - palms facing
- Left foot steps forward on to ball of foot - weight still in right leg
- Sink weight deeper into right leg - left knee bends - sink comfortably - back stays straight
- Arms relax toward floor - fingertips relax to face the floor
- Lift body & arms - left fingertips touch right wrist - weight still in right leg
