Needle At Sea Bottom

  1. Weight in right foot - body facing 12:00
  2. Arms move to body width - palms facing
  3. Left foot steps forward on to ball of foot - weight still in right leg
  4. Sink weight deeper into right leg - left knee bends - sink comfortably - back stays straight
  5. Arms relax toward floor - fingertips relax to face the floor
  6. Lift body & arms - left fingertips touch right wrist - weight still in right leg
