Separation of Right Foot
Left foot - step to 10:00 - shift weight to left foot
Left hand moves with body - crosses top of right wrist
Bring ball of right foot to left instep - weight is still in left foot
Body sinks deeper into left foot
Gently kick right foot to 2:00
As you kick, arms move outward at 10:00 & 2:00 - palms outward
Separation of Left Foot
Right foot - step to 2:00 - shift weight to right foot
Right hand moves with body - crosses top of left wrist
Bring ball of left foot to right instep - weight is still in right foot
Body sinks deeper into right foot
Gently kick left foot to 10:00
As you kick, arms move outward at 10:00 & 2:00 - palms outward
