Turn & Strike Opponent with Fist

This move begins after Fan Through Back.

  1. You are looking at the back of your left hand.
  2. Shift weight to right leg - arms follow movement of body
  3. As weight shifts, body turns to 3:00
  4. Left arm turns to face upward - moves near right shoulder
  5. Weight shifts back to left leg
  6. As weight shifts, right hand makes fist facing upward & moves opposite left palm
  7. Weight is in left leg
