Withdraw & Push
- Weight is in left leg - body facing 12:00 - left palm facing inside of right elbow
- Both arms turn to face upward - left arm is below right arm
- Shift weight back to right leg - arms stay forward
- Left arm sweeps under right, as if to wipe it off
- Elbows relax - palms & inner arms face forward - fingertips gently upward
- Shift weight to left leg
