Withdraw & Push

  1. Weight is in left leg - body facing 12:00 - left palm facing inside of right elbow
  2. Both arms turn to face upward - left arm is below right arm
  3. Shift weight back to right leg - arms stay forward
  4. Left arm sweeps under right, as if to wipe it off
  5. Elbows relax - palms & inner arms face forward - fingertips gently upward
  6. Shift weight to left leg
