Basic Principles

  • Bodies are strong but relaxed.

  • Concentration is fixed on what we are doing.

  • The head - pushed gently upward from the crown

  • The feet - rooted firmly into the ground

  • Body movements come from our Center - the Tan Tien

  • We NEVER judge.
